Our franchise has been operating since April 1997 under a franchise agreement. It is our objective, within the short term, to empower previously marginalized individuals and to action this, we have developed an affirmative action policy that would train and develop these individuals to assume excellence in positions within the technical and administration divisions of our organization.

It is within this framework that we wish to expand our operation, so that we can develop, implement and maintain our principle objective of service excellence par excellence. Such expansion will be initiated by now offering to all clients a facility of repairing all brands of products. We are in the process of further initiating a framework for service contracts at unparallel rates.
We have transitioned from our original franchise agreement to a new one that now allows us the opportunity of Servicing and Repair ALL BRANDS of electronic consumer goods.
