We help people throughout Gauteng and the country to take control of their diets and to maintain and regain health, by eating healthily. We can help you manage various issues/illnesses, whether it be to gain weight, lose weight, find relief for bowel issues, improve heart health, improve metabolic health, live with diabetes and achieve good control or whether it is to gain or lose weight. We are also able to help those with cancer as well as cancer survivors eat healthily.

Each clients need is attended to by ensuring that they receive an individualised approach and sound nutritional advice.
