We ordered a Prussia patio set and it was completely different to what was on their pics on the website. The day we received it the bars broke off. Tables were not supplied. They promised a replacement and none so far after 6 weeks there is no replacement. After more than 6 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails we decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. The staff Tinashe and Melissa keep on saying we will get a refund and none has materialized. We requested to speak to the owner or senior management to resolve and none have come forward. The owners are non existent. If he or she can respond on reviews then put your contact details out there so we can speak in person. If you have 100% customer satisfaction then you have not seen all the bad reviews. TO THE OWNER DO NOT HIDE LIKE A ROGUE AND COME OUT TO FACE YOUR DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS YOU PAID FOR We don't want a replacement we want a refund. Put your details on and so we can speak directly to the ROGUES OF THIS BUSINESS. 16/07- Its been over 8 weeks and we still don't have what we ordered. All you get is lies and empty promises. OWNERS ARE THIEVES AND SCAMSERS, DONT BUY FROM THEM
