Robberg Estates, Plettenberg Bay

We arrived for our holiday in Plett on the 22nd of February 2014. Robbery Estates arrange for you to get your keys at Sotheby's next door to them in a safe box. We received a code via email. After driving for 1200km from our home we were very tired and arrived at 15hOO. Our keys were not in the safe box. We phoned K**. She said she will get back to us. We expected her then to call us back and let us know what is going on. After half an hour we phoned her again. Her phone was busy. We then phoned S***** to tell her our problem. She interrupted me and said to me 'Why are you standing on the pavement? Go get your key from the box!' I then spoke further and told her it was not in the box. She said to me it is impossible, it must be there. I assured her it wasn't. Then we phoned K** again. I asked her what was happening. She said she was on her way but not very friendly. Making us feeling guilty because we bothered her. When she arrived we were standing in front of the building. She nearly greeted us without looking at us. She went in and got the keys. She then handed it to me saying that the person responsible forgot to put it in the box. She never gave us any apology. I then said to her that we were not impressed. She then sarcastically said she was sorry we had to wait so long but she has a sick child and had to see to it first. We realize that people make mistakes. But at least admit it and apologize. I emailed Mandy a week before we went on holiday and asked her if she would make sure the house garden was neat. The previous year we went to the same house and it was a mess. We got there and the garden was not kept. After numerous complaints and sms's the garden services arrived a week later to fix the garden. Sarita told me Plett had a drought and that is now the reason garden services did not clean the garden. We had to listen to the noises of the alarm system for a week before they came to replace the old battery. After numerous phone calls and complaints. The noise was day and night. The tv also didn't work. After being in the house for three weeks the garden services came to clean the garden the day before we left again. I also had to clean the oven before I could use it. Such a pity, because we love to go there. But a nightmare. They take your money and then they don't care after that.
