Background: RNA was established in 1964 as the distribution arm of Republican Press, distributing media products to newsagents and supermarkets. In 1975 the business was acquired by Perskor and subsequently expanded the number of third party publications that it distributed. In 1998, when Caxton acquired Perskor, RNA was transformed into a separately managed business unit and it is now one of the largest magazine distributors in the southern hemisphere. Core Business: RNA manages the retail marketing, distribution and merchandising of media products on behalf of local and international clients. These titles are sorted into one of two business units: Local Products: All locally produced magazines Imported Products: Imported magazines, Partworks & Collectables and Imported books
