No so good there. Told me my phone was broken and couldn't be repaired after I paid for a screen replacement and found the screen loose a few days later. In store they said the mother board is cracked. Another shop fix the loose screen in 3 min and had the phone back in my hand powered up and working perfectly in under 10min for free. RK CELLULAR lied about the CRACKED motherboard and said the phone couldn't be closed. At R1600 I don't expect lies and refusal to fix a issue related to the repair. Be careful with this store ! always check for a second option. could have thrown a perfectly good phone away based on their technician and receptionist advice or report.
