Good day. Ques are long we wait for long time and even go back home and one back the next day still the same. Staff spend to much time on their phones.

I went to riverpark clinic so many times the service was good up until they changed nurses for consultation.I went there last month my child was she had flue so as I was explaining to the nurse her symptoms she banged the table and said you are too many I didn't even insult her but wat she did hurt my feelings it made me feel like I'm nothing. So many children are coming for flu repeatedly at the clinic but they are not given medicine or injection instead they are told to use home remedies this clinic does not treat patients well anymore instead they are rude and unfriendly especially those ones in the consultation rooms
