This experience is applied when providing our client with finance and property related advice.
Many of the company’s activities involve the raising of funds or the assistance of corporates to make capital expenditure decisions.
Barry van Wyk also acts as a Non-Executive Director to Resilient Property Income Fund, which is listed on the Real Estate Sector of the “JSE” and has a market capitalization in excess of R5 billion. This provides useful insight as to the appetite that the market has for various classes of property investments and the expected investor returns.
