Recorder The, Volksrust

The population of Volksrust, South Africa is 43378 according to the GeoNames geographical database of 2012. Yet our local weekly newspaper is a total of +/-10 pages of content that is uninterresting, dreary and repetitive. Why is that? Are there no young enthusiastic jurno's or interrested staff willing to do the walkabouts and talkabouts to get the stories and the interresting info and suggestions that the population of Volksrust so desire. We not asking for a new sunday times or city press spread, we just asking for more from the newspaper as a communication medium. Good Luck, hope there will be creative change.
