Once Off Leases

For owners who prefer to do their own property management and rental collection, but who do not know where to find a suitable tenant or how to qualify them, we offer this unique service:

Our agents will list and market the property. Once a tenant is found we go through the normal process of approving the tenant. We then finalise the signing of the lease and collect the rental and deposits. Once this process is complete, a complete file is handed to the landlord. The responsibility of managing the property now becomes the landlord’s.

Commission Charges on a Once Off Lease
8% (excluding VAT) on the annual rental amount

Finding a suitable tenant
In order to make sure that a suitable tenant is placed, we will do a full ITC and TPN background check which includes references from previous landlords as well as confirmation of employment. The results of such checks will on request be given through to the landlord for approval before any lease is concluded.

Complete Property Management

The monthly tasks when administering property are onerous.

These include:

The issuing of invoices to tenants
Statements to landlords
Collection of rentals
The payment of services, electricity, Rates, Levies, etc.
