I bought a machine from this company. Very nice sturdy machine, a lot of power for the bigger carpentry jobs. I also did quiet a few small finicky jobs in making model aeroplane parts. However, when I needed some help to get the machine serviced and repaired I could not elicit a reply from this company. A week has gone by and my machine stands idle. I have no idea as to when they will even come back to me. My calls don't get answered, neither do my emails. I have had to go with another machine by cnc solutions.
