Raylac industrial was established as a supplier of welding consumables and gases. We have however identified a need for more specialized services and products. One of the most common reasons for machine failure is due to the fact that while a welder would be good at welding, he might not know how to take care of and use certain aspects of the equipment he is using. Some times the welder might have been on an old machine with fewer features. We try to spend at least 30 minutes with the welders of each of our clients explaining the different features of the machine being used, as well as teach them good welding practices to ensure that they don't strain the machine. This ensures piece of mind for our clients, knowing that their equipment is being used safely and correctly.
Some clients know what they want to weld, but are not sure which process will achieve the best result while still moving production as fast as possible. Certain types of alloys require specialized welding rods and need to be pre heated before welding can start. This is where we add value to our clients workshops. We will identify the correct process and welding rod for the job. We will also provide you with quality welding machines and equipment that have backup support for spares and warranties.
