Deirdré and Etienne have revived the estate's stately colonial heritage with understated but elegant furnishings. Leather upholstered, wood finished chairs flank carefully set tables draped in fine damask linen. Crystal glassware, linen napkins and polished cutlery complete an aesthetic setting; its luxury otherworldly in a society dotted with rushed and crowded eateries.
