Description
Raaswater River Lodge is situated on the banks of the Vaal River, 25km from Potchefstroom, on the R501. Raaswater originated as the owners, Leo and Letties weekend breakaway. The original dwelling sink house, today called Janfrederik has been renovated to the original style.
The first house was build on the banks of the Vaal River and they called it Visarend. After many requests they decided to rent out the house for holidaymakers.

to start a holiday resort in 1998.

infrastructure and facilities for a wide variety of needs, ranging from those discerning
business persons seeking conference or team building facilities in a quiet relaxed bush veld atmosphere, to those simply wanting to enjoy a relaxing break whilst soaking up the sun with family and friends.
