Quick-Step Instant Staircases passionately brings creative precast concrete Staircase projects and all related precast concrete products to life whilst continually exceeding both the Industry- and Client expectations.
Company description
As our concept remains completely unique to the Construction Industry, Quick-Step Instant Staircases services the whole of South Africa and surrounds, making a significant contribution towards the building costs and aesthetics of any building project, from residential to commercial to high density housing, by providing unique quality Designer and Standard precast staircases, Cantilevers, Floating staircases, 80mm ZigZag Profile staircases, precast floating shelves/counters, precast skirtings and related precast concrete products.
During manufacture, popular options from a range of unprecedented possibilities may include Chamfered Tread Nosing, LED Lighting Channel Inserts, S/S Bullnose Inserts, Integrated Crushed Glass, Sandblasting or Polished Concrete.
Each Quick-Step staircase/product is designed and precast in separate components to precise measurements, to individual Client / Architect/ QS / Engineer / Builder requests, taking all measurements, wall thicknesses, finishes/LED inserts/Tread Nosing inserts and variables into account, thus eliminating the use of heavy machinery or cranes for installation.
We are also very excited about adding custom made precast concrete Copings, Boma's, Kitchen Tops/Counters and Vanities, GFRC Coffee-, Dining- and Boardroom tables, on order, to our current Designer Staircase product range.
