Pureform Pilates studio is conveniently located in the heart of Cape Town. Offering classes in a serene space focusing on core strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, endurance and creating your most beautifully balanced body and mind. Known for our attention to detail and precision, whether it be in our small, intense group classes, reformer/chair/cadillac private classes or as a mom to be in our specialized preggy belly classes.

Our goal at Pureform Pilates is to make sure that all clients get the attention they deserve and that they reach their personal goals, whatever it is in strength, flexibility, recovery from injury or overall well being. Our instructors are trained in all areas and are there to assist clients wherever their needs may be.
