Competency-based selection
As our selection process is built around your job skill requirements, core competencies have been identified for all roles and a suitable range of criteria related to these competencies have been developed.

Reference Checks
Reference checks are done on all selected candidates prior to placements.
Performance Management - A designated Consultant from Progressive IT Resourcing will be responsible for account management.

The role of the consultant is to understand the culture of the company and support the line managers to ensure effective account management.

The Consultant will arrange meetings with the designated representative to ensure that the relationship and effectiveness of resourcing occurs smoothly, and will take full responsibility of making sure that a high quality service is provided.
