We have spend nearly R60,000 on Pool Pump Upgrade, Salt Chlorinator and replacing the electric pool heater with a Solar Heater. SHELDON has for nearly 2 months made excuses why the heater that was paid for in full still isn’t installed... His response is “ Per Your service level agreement the cleaners are only in your area (WATERKLOOF RIDGE) on Thursdays. Do you know what that means??? That means that if you pay for a pool heater they only come for a couple hours 1 day a week. It’s taken 6 weeks to install a pool heater.. 6WEEKS. And this is how they have left my sidewalk and it’s still not done. All you will ever hear is excuses and lies about supply of plastic pipes and then once you agree to a quote and pay in full he starts the work and stops and adds up charges. This company is by far the worst company and service I have ever encountered! STAY AWAY THEY WILL ONLY PLAY GAMES AND NOT FINISH WORK THATS PAID FOR MONTHS IN ADVANCE THEN UPCHARGE YOU FOR MORE. LEAVE YOU WITH PROPERTY DAMAGE, SHOW UP WITH NO APPOINTMENT THEN BLAME YOU.

Extremely poor and shocking aftersales service. I would not ever use them again. There service is good when you spending huge amounts of money and thereafter they do not attend to you at all. they do not return calls or meet with their promise to come service you, I have been waiting over five weeks and making all the calls for them to just do as they promised. No return calls,nothing
