Description
Changing the world, one baby step at a time
We are a South African business based in Cape Town, all our baby carriers are made locally. We pride ourselves in our careful attention to detail and design. Our carriers are comfortable, made from the best quality natural fibre fabrics. We strive to create baby carriers that are beautiful, practical and sublimely comfortable.
Holding your baby is the best thing you can do. Hug them, kiss them, tell them you love them, hold them close nurturing their bodies, minds and souls.
Company description
Pod baby carriers, are made for love of babies all over the world! Our goal is to have babies held close to their care givers for as long as possible, developing strong bonds and having a deep sense of trust in the world around them, Research has shown that babies held skin to skin feel more secure, sleep better, cry less, gain weight faster and develop socially.
Later in life having a strong sense of self and have deep confidence in themselves. Our hope is that carrying babies will mean that they develop strong bonds with those close to them, ultimately meaning that these babies in turn as adults will have a strong sense of trust in humanity and hopefully hold their babies!
