This man built a jacuzzi for me that looked just like a swimming pool. He charged R154500 - 00. I paid all in full. Months later he sent 2 men who serviced it and washed it with pool acid. After that the jacuzzi water level just kept on dropping. He refused to take responsibility and told me it was us. I then asked him for his qualifications and accreditation to build pools and jacuzzi pools. He had none. I had an expert come out that checked everything and told me that the entire job was built incorrectly. He had to close up the whole job and do a whole new jacuzzi. Not only that but my geyser installation totally collapsed from the wall, damaged my property and landed on my gas installation. There was no geyser isolator switch and the power cable was not in a conduit. This man sits in a wheelchair and does not go out to any job that his so - called staff do. The owner also does not take responsibility after a job fails to meet the standards of quality. I have handed him over to IOPSA. Please be warned.
