Pick 'n Pay Stores, Howick

The most unfriendliest/rude shop I have been too in a long time..Staff rush past me with empty trolleys to the trolley store, rudely runs in front of me. I am looking for a basket trolley. Young lady standing at the entrance door, I ask her to assist me. She indicates to me where it is, I ask her to please assist as I am disabled and walk with crutches. She rushes past me throw a basket on trolley and push it to me. As I walk down the aisles I realise that this shop is very untidy and dirty! I get what I want, pay and for the first time the little cashier is friendly, she assist and put my goods in the trolley. i now leave to go to my car. As i approach the door the lady shout to me to leave the trolley and put my goods into another trolley, well that was just enough for me. i walked off with the trolley to my car, packed the goods into the boot, a young man watching me from P +P. Will i go back, no thank you! Your staff needs to learn how to deal with customers! We after all assist in paying them their wages!

I'm a 34 yr pregnant women and i was treated very badly in the picknpay howick cbd . I was almost dragged to the front of the store all because i never seal by bag with red tape. Guards of this store treated me like i was some kind of criminal not bothered about my current conditions. Is this the way pregnant women are treated in your store?
