Pick 'n Pay Grahamstown

Good evening, I will try my best not to be rude in this review but I am absolutely, and incredibly angry at Pick 'n Pay Grahamstown. I have no idea who was assigned the task of delivering my groceries to me at Adelaide Tambo House on the 25th of February 2014, but whoever they are I believe they made a complete mess of things. I don't see how it is okay for them to dump my groceries elsewhere instead of handing them directly to me and ensuring that I- emphasis on I- got them. As per norm, I usually get a phone call from Pick 'n Pay checking whether or not I am available and at currently at my place of residence before they deliver my goods- my dad orders online for me all the time; and for the first time in the two years I've been at Rhodes some unknown Pick 'n Pay employees see it appropriate for them to deliver my goods to dining hall staff (or whoever it is that they delivered it to in Nelson Mandela Hall) and not directly to me. I am absolutely furious!! All I can say is I best get every single item as stipulate on my grocery list or else all hell WILL break loose!!! Something needs to be done, and you need to do it because no where did it say that I will have to run around Nelson Mandela Hall trying to find my groceries. Please do something about this because I don't like being driven crazy, and incompetence is sure to drive me nuts!!!!!
