Description
Phelamanga Projects was founded in 1994 to offer specialised public participation services. It has since expanded to include all aspects of strategic planning, organisational development, facilitation and public consultation. More recently we have been able to offer specialised education development and distance education consulting services. Although based in Pietermaritzburg, Phelamanga Projects’ services are available across the whole of Southern Africa.

POLICY related services include policy analysis, policy development, and assistance with policy implementation.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT services include the design, management and facilitation of all public consultation processes. These processes are often required when developing policies, or when conducting environmental or other impact assessments.
STRATEGIC PLANNING services include organizational development, development of mission and vision statements, the setting of objectives and programmes and assistance with drawing up operational plans.
CAPACITY BUILDING services include training, interactive work-shopping and skills development.
EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT services include staff development, higher education quality assurance, further education and training and adult education.
DISTANCE EDUCATION services include design, delivery and quality assurance of distance education and materials development as well as programme evaluation.
