Pg Glass Fitment Centre - Head Office, Edenvale

Very Bad service and ethics. I took my vehicle in for a small windscreen repair about 2mm in size that was there almost a year, and PG Glass edenvale had cracked the entire windscreen in half. The manager Jimmy Mkans Had been called and he says that's the risk and he is willing to pay half of the value and the excess of I had to claim a new one. He then took me to the reception and now showed me the T's and C's regarding repairs which covers windscreen repairs which was not given to me nor signed by me as well. I requested his offer in writing and will come back to him if I chose to depending on the costs I will incur as well as my profile history etc for claiming through my insurance. He eventually did hand write me a letter changing what he had verbally offered me to only stating it was their fault not to disclose this to me and get me to accept by signing the t&C's and will therefore offer to pay 50% of my excess and 5 % of the value. After some disagreement with what was written verses what was said he admitted he made a mistake and it supposed to read 50% which he quickly changed and initialled. This is very disturbing as he by now displaying to be a con artist by writing not what he committed to and only changed a few things I have picked up with a very bad attitude and threats to to tear up the letter as well. He then began raising his voice and instructed me to do as I please and can take it up with the PG Glass head office if I want to. Totally dissatisfied customer. Ronald J.
