The landscaped garden covering 6 200 m², boasts over 700 white rose bushes and some 2000 indigenous trees and shrubs, pebble walk ways and a large pond with exotic duck species. The garden is also home to small buck species.

The most beautiful sunsets are viewed at dusk and the nights are lit by moonlight and thousands of glittering stars.

Petal Place is located close to conference and wedding venues - Ilanga Estates, Emoya, Celebrations and Jakkalsdraai as well as Preller Plain Shopping Centre. This shopping centre has a Woolworths food hall, banking facilities, chemist, bottle store and several upmarket restaurants as well as take-away establishments. A horse riding school, tea gardens and restaurants as well as a children's animal farm are located within 1 kilometer from Petal Place.

The gliding club and Tempe airport are also minutes away from the establishment. Mimosa Mall, Medi-clinic Hospital and the major large schools are only a few kilometres away.
