I don't understand how I could spend just over an hour trying to buy a phone at your store. When I was finally attended to the guy who helped me was quickly given another task so he gave the phone to this other lady I had to follow around the store because she kept asking every shopper what they wanted and what size. When we finally got to her working station she asked where the Puk was, to find out he had left the Puk Pin and Serial number with the first guy :/ get this, she TOLD me to go collect it! Wow you guys. This was all on Friday 27th. I left disgusted.
