There is only one person (it seems) holding this company (in S.A) together and that's Ginger... No one seems to know what's happening, where your item is (repair) or who is responsible for what? I will be contacting Pentair again to repair a pump that has packed up for the second time; once directly after it was re-installed ( within minutes) and then repaired a few hours later and again a month later - the repair incidentally took 6 WEEKS (for a swimming pool pump) ??? Seriously guys whats going on? (I chose no stars but the system needs at least one)
