How frustrating is it to deal with a supplier who does not understand CUSTOMER SERVICE! I phoned a week ago to place an order for dimmers to be ordered from an outside supplier. First the sales person said, they don't have stock (after Ive told her I want to ORDER). Then after Ive received the quotation I placed my order telephonically, and was promised that the order will be ready on Monday. I e-mailed today, to ask the lady to let me know when the stock will be ready for collection, then I received a call lunch time to say they want a payment before they can order (upfront payment was never requested last week!). Now she tells me she only received my order this morning! This happens when you deal with people who is not interested in doing their jobs! BAD BAD SERVICE!
