we held a 21st for my daughter. When we came in the person that helped us Essie immediately that we can not put anything against the wall we had to put the balloons with strings. When I received the bill they charged me for a function cake (we brought our own cake) they only gave us a knife to cut the cake but they charged me R200 for that - that was not a good experience with the first time that we held a function there
