He is an independent consultant for Aurik Business Incubator and integrates business development programmes.
Philip is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, and host workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, he will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

His is also the founder of Paramount Conference & Adventure Venue and each year he hosts and develops dynamic team building programmes for diverse organizations, such as Anglo Platinum, WITS University, Standard Bank and Murray & Roberts. Philip is passionate about personal and leadership development and trained many students from different universities and schools through leadership development programmes for more than a decade.
