Greetings Pam, I would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks for the kind and gracious manner in which you assisted us during this time of bereavement where we lost our mom (my mother-in-law). Most of the other Funeral Parlours were polite but did not offer anything near to what you did. Your advice and council were so well received by Diane and I, you just have no idea. You certainly went the ‘extra mile’ to help us when we did not know where to turn. Without your valuable contribution in this matter, we would have struggled along without accomplishing much.
