Paarl Midas

One thing i can say with honor is, that Paarl Midas seems to have all the necessary parts to their avail, on or in stock and immediately. If they don't have it in stock, the sales person that helped you, will go out of his way to procure the part for you and, you don't have to wait for hours or days for it to happen. This is what i call real customer service and, it is a scarce commodity in this country of ours today. I needed a clutch cable for my Kia Picanto 1.1 LX and, sorry for forgetting the salesman's name but, within less than 4 hours, i had my part in hand and, was on my way to have it installed. They are a bunch of well trained, motivated customer pleasers and, i can only speak for my self but, their client service is of the best standards in a country where we as customers had to accept bad service on a daily basis. Thank you guys. I will always come and spend my money at Midas Paarl.
