This company does not exercise any caring for its employees as its still operates on a no work no pay system and how long must one be under it? All its cares about is the money the poor employees make for it and its deduct nonstop way too much, keeping the poor getting more poorer and it does not do follow up on its employees to check if they are being treated accordingly at their designated field of work neither does it encourage the employers to consider the current employees for promotion opportunities. This is sad because because only black people do the lowest paying duties and the ones who even qualify for higher positions are not considered. Indians are the ones who work in the offices and they are in charge of recruiting and retrenching.
