Dear Sir / Madam I have to express my dismay and total disappointmnent with the Oticon hearing aid supplied to me about two years ago. During the guarantee period is was sent back for repairs three times and the unit is still malfunctioning. It will just switch off when ever and have to be left for two to three days before it becomes operative again. extermely heavy on batteries...max three days!! some times I will fit a new battery and it will switch off within minutes...again has to be left off for days on end. This is the WORST hearing aid I have had in 14 years and will NOT recommend this product to any body at all!!!!I will post these comments on my facebook to warn any of my elderly friends NOT TO invest in any of the OTICON products at all as this was a total waste of very good money!!!
