Our expertise lies within the mining environment in general, steel making processes and pressure vessels as we have been involved with mining machinery and plants for a long time (approximately 17 years). It is our opinion that the medium sized companies (like ourselves) are very capable and still eager to render the service that a paying client deserves.

We serve the complete mining sector across the mineral spectrum from gold, diamonds, platinum, coal, cement, asbestos, iron ore, tantalite, sepiolite, zinc, quarries and others. Coming from a Heavy Engineering background our line of expertise is as follows:

Engineering Services

• Engineering consulting on the different types of mills, winders, kilns, tipplers, crushers, conveyors, gears, pumps, pipe work and other similar equipment;
• Engineering design on structural steelwork, pressure vessels and pipe work ;
• Project Management services on smaller sized projects (up to R 30 million);
• Fabrication, installation & commissioning of new Plants;
• Refurbishment of pre-used machinery i.e. mills, winders, kilns, crushers, etc.;
• Act as neutral third party during investigations on machinery failures;
• Travel across the world to give client a professional unbiased opinion of condition of second hand machinery prior to his purchasing of any such equipment (although we know where most second hand equipment is, we are no second hand dealer).
