Olievenhoutsrus Guest and Game Farm, Vaalwater

Olievenhoutsrus offers 2x cosy Rondavels at a cost of R500-600 per unit/per night/self-catering (sleeps 2). They are furnished with double bed, bathroom en-suite, an open-plan lounge with fan and kitchenette (fridge/microwave/coffee tray). If necessary a sleeper couch can be provided in the lounge to accommodate small children.

We also have two large Family Cottages:
One Family Cottage has 3 bedrooms (main bedroom with double bed and two rooms each with two single beds), a bathroom, separate toilet, an open-plan lounge and kitchen area which is equipped with fridge/microwave/coffee&tea tray/oven&stove combo. This unit can be rented for R1000-1200 per unit/per night/self-catering and sleeps 6.

The second Family Cottage has 2 bedrooms (main bedroom with double bed and kids bedroom with bunkbed), bathroom, an open-plan lounge and kitchen area which is equipped with fridge/microwave/coffee&tea tray/oven&stove combo. This unit sleeps 4 and can be rented for R...-... per unit/per night/self-catering.

The accommodation is in a beautiful garden area all with views onto the bushveld. There is a central Lapa with braai facility, a fully equipped kitchen and DSTV. There is also a stunning swimming pool, as well as a boma with a large open fireplace and more braai facilities, which is popular for social evenings under the stars.

The farm is in a stunning setting and offers great self-guided game and bird viewing walks as well as horse- and pony rides. There are plenty of things to do and recreational facilities in the nearby area like Quad Trails, Hunting Safaris, Elephant Rides, Fishing at Mokolo Dam, Marakele National Park (Big 5), D'Nyala Game & Nature Reserve or visit one of the local little towns which offer a variety of shopping opportunities and restaurants.
