So proffesional, I have requested training from this compnay and I was so amazed by thier proffesionalism , atahe facilitators new what they where facilitating , and believe me I have made it tough since I was previously a facilitator in thier field . I like to pull that one especially when people do not know that you know a lot on thier subject. But I have retired from Facilitating
