NURSES ON CALL, Durban

Morning: Just a free advice to our Agency. NB// I do understand that technically you sometimes have problems but it is now Starting to be a trend not to pay your nurses at due time. These "kindly be advised and sorry for inconvenience sms's on pay days are becoming a norm and believe you me the agency company lost a lot of nurses because of that. some nurses are permanent they do agency overtime because they need cash on certain day/date. hospitals are paying all agencies on Monday for hours done every week, and noc47 supposed to pay their nurses on Wednesday I fail to understand why are they getting paid on Fridays? So pls to whoever responsible for payments must do the right thing before our beloved agency get into trouble with hospitals that they are working with. I've seen agencies being terminated because of incidents like this. Yours truly: unhappy nurse
