Company description
From his art studio in the remote Overberg village of Baardskeerdersbos, Niël Jonker contributes significantly toward the intellectual landscape of South African art, creating plein air landscape art of the Western Cape Fold Mountains, wilderness beaches and fynbos slopes, historic farms and forgotten villages.
Bread making workshops are held at the end of each month in Baardskeerdersbos. This fun yet thorough artisan breadmaking workshop emphasises the benefits of slow fermentation, wholegrain ingredients, and process conciousness. The core principles of breadmaking are covered in two day hands-on workshops.
