Good day, i would like to complain about the fraud and corruption which is taking place at Ned-bank CBD, staff at this Ned-bank are creating fake ATM Card to out client and tell the client that the old card is no longer active hence they did not clear out the information of that old card, so when the client use that new card which he/she given they find that the card is not active because the information of the old card is still active and is being used by the Ned-bank staff and withdrawing the client money without their concern, and this it has been an on going thing that need to be taken into consideration very seriously, So i am still going to report this to the Bank Ombudsman to do something about it because this can't be tolerated.
