A Disappointment from NCANDA Funeral Home! I joint the funeral 2 years ago and i asked if i can Add my Father on my policy but instead of answering the question they said my Mother is over 64 years her premium will or should have been increased already yet i was not told from the inception of the policy even if i was why the communication was not properly communicated to me, at this moment i am not sure if my mother is still covered or not as she is 65 years now.... I continue paying the same premium as of the inception date. A lady promised to call me back but NEVER.... I am not sure of their Customer service.
