Rating - disappointing. My dad at age 76 was transferred from Hospital in Heidelberg via ambulance. He was admitted at around 13:00 Saturday sent home and informed they did not have the equipment. He was told to return on Monday 16 March 2015. Where he sat and waited the whole day until now 16:00 just to be told he must go to another hospital they can not assist!!!!! I think it is shocking to say the least!!!!!!!
