Always visit Nandos after work for a quick nibble.was so disappointed with their service.i recieved half oder.i ask the waiter if they can give me plain rolls as I wanted to enjoy my rolls with the chicken.The lady who was on a grill said she must know she will still pay for the cheesy garlic roll.saying that so loud in Xhosa.not knowing I'm Xhosa...I went to them and ask why did they send half a oder.she told me it's not her fault.its on the Grill...I asked to see a manager she came but I was not certisfied with her response.she thought refunding the cheesy garlic roll was enough not realizing that I ordered them coz I wanted to enjoy cheesy garlic roll with my chicken. What's said is the fact that I'm in the industry myself.the way they treating people I don't think their owner is aware.
