The worst service ever from MTN Metlife Plaza.I have been with MTN for 30 years and this was the worst experience ever. I did an upgrade in November for black Friday and got it signed on 1st December. I still have nothing done, all I hear is we have escalated and the person
working with my upgrade blocked me on whatsapp now and they dont work everyday. The manageres can't help me either and it is more than 2 months I am trying to get things done. I even spoke to the owner and he instructed them to sort it out. One month later and still nothing. I want to cancel fue to not approved yet but they refuse. It is the 6th of February 2024 now and I will contact the owner again to hear what he has to say. I wiil go to Vodacom and surely I will get beter service.
