I lost of my phones phoned mtn 135 the evening and blocked Sim couldn't black list ph was told to go to an mtn store they will help me with the imei no What a waste of time took a 30 min for Sim stop the guy didn't know what to do was helped by the lady sat next to him didn't really want to help I think her name is sorayah so now to black list my phone omw he didn't know what to do and the rest of staff not interested all busy buying cold drinks from someone that came in and dropped off 5cases of cashews cans drinks Eventually the guy gave up and said he couldn't blacklist and Mtn on 135 also can't help after an hour I went outside look for a seat then I phoned 135 and the guy on phoned helped me immediately when I gave the imei no he blacklisted my ph in seconds The guy in Mtn Kc needs training and the staff I mean the guy busy with me I think the supervisor asked him to fetch something in the office at the back for her don't worry that he is busy with a customer The other lady on left side a customer came in her friend wanted to buy a Sim or Sim shop she told the friend R60 for you and she said pointing at my direction that I just paid R150 for Sim swop She is also very loud because it's her friend I don't know maybe
