I hereby wish to commend Mr Plumb specifically Ashwell and Willem that came out to my house on Friday evening at 18H00 to install a new geyser. This is the 4th geyser i have had replaced, the geyser is in the garage and there for all the piping is open for all to see. I have no clue what the original plumber did but his pipe work looked like a dogs breakfast.
Even though it was a friday evening with rugby on, no shortcuts for Ashwell and Willem, they removed the hideous piping and replaced it all with new piping which level and straight.
Mr Plumb should be very proud of these two people who were the first installers out of four to go the extra mile.
Ashwell and Willem worked till 22H00 making sure everything was 100%.

I would just like to thank Mr Plumb for the amazing service last week during a call out. I could not believe the fast service we received. My neighbours geyser burst flooding there home and even though Mr plumb was not on call for the weekend the owner of the company personally came out and sorted out the entire problem for no charge. You dont find service like that anymore. I have only used Mr Plumb for 15yrs and never been disappointed. Thank-you once again for outstanding service.

Mr Plumb has been in the northern suburbs for 21 years. Specialising in geyser replacements, general plumbing maintenance, renovations and plumbing certificates of compliance. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm but we are available 24/7 for emergency purposes. We are registered with IOPSA and PIRB.
