Disgusting. Inattentive staff with bullying attitudes. Not willing to listen. Promises made not kept at all. A promised room swap due to the unsuitability of the rondavel was beyond a nightmare! I should have received what I paid for. I did not. The environs are lovely but do not compensate at all for the negative attitudes I encountered. Additionally, the prejudices thrown out by some individuals makes them entirely unsuited to employment in the hospitality trade. Disgraceful!

HI ALL PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT OUR STAY ON FRIDAY/SATERDAY WHAS REALLY NICE ,BUT AS WE WERE NOT INFORMED ABOUT LOAD SHEADING ON SATERDAY AND SUNDAY WHICH WE WERE NOT AWARE OF REALLY PUT US IN A DIFFRENT VIEW AND STILL THIS MORNING 0N 30 NOVEMBER 2014 WHEN I ADRESS THE ABOVE AT RECEPTION AND PHONED THEM NO ONE RESPONDED ON WHY WE ARE UNHAPPY AND THE MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE OF NO PROPER COMMUNICATION AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY.I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM BACK HALF THE AMOUNT .THANK YOU MR T .ELLIS

the chalet's stove did not work properly, the bath was leaking so much water that the floor looked like a pool, and there were ants everywhere! Also no wifi as advertised
