Moth Consulting is a specialised town planning consultancy that delivers planning and related services to individuals, property developers and property holding companies. Our services include rezoning of properties, subdivision applications, applications for departures, purchase of government land and consent uses in terms of zoning regulations. We also undertake status reports and due diligence investigations for property. With our partners, we are able to deliver a full service including draughtsman services, site survey, visual impact studies, and heritage and environmental assessments.
