Mortimer Toyota, Newcastle

"Service manager" at newcastle mortimer toyota made me feel like a complete idiot & didnt even bother coming back to me to check if i was okey or not, on the 5th of june went to quote for the new set of keys for my car bt he jst answered me as if im a fool i dont know wat i want and left me hanging there waited for him thinking he was coming back for 45 min bt when i check he was sitting in his office busy with some paper work, i was rescued by the some guy who was passing by showed me where i needed to go and I got what i wanted. again this morning took my car as it was booked for fittings i even asked for transport to take me back to work when they foned me but to my suprise they could only give me a driver to take me back with my own car, are they that poor that they do not transport their clients, i mean since 2008 i've been dealing with toyota in pretoria i've never felt so small i always love toyota but now im in newcastle i'll have to deal with such men whom you not sure whether you are being treated like this because you are black or a woman.
