Very impressive office space and warehouse. They have a huge range of products, always efficient and prompt service from well educated and friendly staff

On 5 January I email Moco for an urgent order, when not heard from them mid morning, I call to find they don't have the email, so I send it again (no idea why it cannot be taken on the phone! - this is not brain surgery), and I send it to two email addresses, explaining again - URGENT, don't hear a word, Tuesday morning I follow up AGAIN and get cut off telephonically, so I call again. then 4 emails ensue, whilst I am advising them our driver will collect due to the urgency - SEND ME THE INVOICE SO WE CAN COLLECT, well still not happened. if this was the last company on earth I would use a coconut shell for a container before I use them. Disgusting service or actually disgusting lack of service
